Order terms

How an order works

From the first message to the finished work. These terms apply to every order agreed from 27 September 2026.

1. Who you order from

KloorStudio makes GTA cars and handling, 3D models, Minecraft mods and websites, and runs kloor.eu. Questions about an order go to support@kloor.eu.

2. How an order is agreed

You describe what you need through the order form or by email. KloorStudio replies with a quote: what gets made, the price, the timeline and how the work is delivered.

The order is agreed when you accept the quote in writing, by email. The examples in the shop show what can be ordered; they are not offers at a fixed price.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euros and are agreed in the quote before any work starts; the quote states the full amount you pay. It also says when payment is due: in advance, in parts as the work progresses, or on delivery.

Anything beyond the agreed quote is priced and agreed separately before it is done.

4. Delivery

Finished work is delivered digitally, as files or as access, by the agreed date. If a date cannot be kept, you hear about it as soon as that is known, with a new date. Help installing the work or getting it running is included where the quote says so.

5. Changes and approval

Before the work is final you try it and ask for changes; the quote says how many rounds of changes are included. The work is accepted when you confirm it, or 14 days after delivery if no problem has been reported by then.

Accepting the work does not limit your rights if it later turns out not to match what was agreed.

6. Rights to the work

Once the order is paid in full, you may use the delivered work for the purpose agreed in the quote: on your server, in your project or on your website.

Unless the quote says otherwise, KloorStudio keeps the copyright, may show the work in its portfolio and does not sell the same custom work to anyone else. Parts that belong to others, such as game files, fonts, libraries and textures, stay under their own licences.

7. Games and platforms

GTA cars and handling are made for Grand Theft Auto V and FiveM, and mods for Minecraft: Java Edition. KloorStudio is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, Mojang or Microsoft.

Using the work within those games' and platforms' rules is your responsibility. KloorStudio does not make cheats, or anything else meant to break a game's or a server's rules.

8. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an agreed order by email at no cost until the work starts.

If you are a consumer, the law also gives you 14 days from agreeing the order to withdraw from it. If you ask for the work to start within those 14 days, withdrawing means paying for the part already done, and the right to withdraw ends once the finished work has been delivered.

9. If something is wrong

If the work does not match what was agreed, write to support@kloor.eu and it will be put right. These terms do not limit your statutory rights for work that does not conform to the agreement.

Beyond those rights, KloorStudio's liability for an order is limited to its price, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

10. Law and disputes

These terms follow Estonian law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, the mandatory protection of your own country's law still applies.

Please write first: most things are settled by email. A consumer may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
